Colorado State poster revised to update Fair Employment change.
The Colorado Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect the inclusion of “transgender status” under sexual orientation as a protected class in employment, housing and public accommodation; employers have until April 7th to comply. This is a mandatory change.
