Wisconsin State poster revised to update OSHA and Right To Know change.
The Wisconsin OSHA and Right To Know public sector posters have been updated to reflect a transfer of authority from the Wisconsin Department of Commerce to the Department of Safety and Professional Services.
Statutory language regarding this posting: Under the Governor’s signed 2011 Assembly Bill 40 (state’s 2011-13 budget), the Act renames the agency to the Department of Safety and Professional Services.
Effective Date: December 2011
The new poster will be available December 21, 2011.
