The Washington State Workers’ Compensation poster for Employers Insured through the State has been updated to reflect that a registered domestic partner may also receive a pension as a death benefit if a worker dies. This is a mandatory change.

Colorado Fair Employment

Colorado State poster revised to update Fair Employment change.

The Colorado Fair Employment poster has been updated to reflect the inclusion of “transgender status” under sexual orientation as a protected class in employment, housing and public accommodation; employers have until April 7th to comply. This is a mandatory change.

Washington Unemployment Insurance

Washington State poster revised to update Unemployment Insurance change.

The Washington State Unemployment Insurance poster has been updated to reflect a web address change when applying for unemployment benefits. This is a mandatory change.

Florida Workers’ Compensation

Florida State poster revised to update Workers’ Compensation change.

The Florida Workers’ Compensation poster has been updated to reflect a clarification of when an employee may be eligible for workers’ compensation. Some reformatting was also made to the poster. This is a mandatory change.

Louisiana Earned Income Credit

Louisiana State poster revised to update Earned Income Credit change.

The Louisiana Earned Income Credit poster has been updated to reflect the 2011 income limits for eligibility and notice of the elimination of the advance payments of the Earned Income Tax Credit to workers after December 31, 2010. This is a mandatory change.
